DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Service Supervisor to join our team specializing in service for our Cummins' business in Orlando, FL.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Enhancing Team Efficiency: By supervising and coordinating Service Technicians and Team Leaders, you'll ensure work schedules are optimized for productivity and quality.
  • Improving Repair Quality: Communicating clear repair plans and monitoring technician performance will help maintain high standards of repair quality.
  • Fostering Professional Growth: Providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews will support the professional development of your team.
  • Supporting Technical Needs: Offering first-level support and escalating issues when necessary will ensure technicians have the assistance they need to succeed.
  • Managing Logistics: Efficiently handling materials, equipment, and personnel will contribute to safe, high-quality, and efficient operations.
  • Ensuring Accurate Quotes: Developing and reviewing quotes for accuracy will build trust with customers and keep them informed about repair status and changes.
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Participating in process reviews and improvements will align operations with evolving customer expectations and organizational goals.
  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring repair status, addressing issues promptly, and resolving customer concerns will help achieve superior customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Strong Financial Acumen: Interpreting and applying key financial indicators to make informed business decisions will be crucial for managing budgets and optimizing resources.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Developing and delivering clear, multi-mode communications tailored to different audiences will ensure that everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Customer Focus: Building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions will help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leadership and Accountability: Providing direction, delegating tasks, and holding yourself and others accountable will drive team performance and ensure commitments are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience equivalent required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required.

Additional Details:

This position supervises the branch coach care department. Generator and RV service experience preferred.
