We are looking for a talented Director of Service to join our Service Department in Pointe-Claire, QC .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Operations Management : Oversees all operations, including maintenance staff and supervisors, and resolves complex business issues encountered by the team.
  • Constructive Feedback : Provides timely and constructive feedback on employee performance, develops talent, and creates opportunities for career growth.
  • Continuous Improvement : Leads continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing, modifying, and enhancing processes while meeting customer expectations and business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring : Regularly reviews key performance indicators for maintenance operations and addresses issues and opportunities.
  • Production Standards : Ensures that the volume of work produced meets company standards and maintains customer satisfaction.
  • Trend Identification : Identifies trends and initiates necessary changes/improvements to meet objectives while ensuring customer needs are met without service disruption.
  • Professional Relationships : Builds positive and professional working relationships with key clients.
  • Goals and Targets : Sets goals and targets for maintenance operations, measures and reviews performance, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience / Responsibilities

  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.
  • Comfortable working in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
  • Participate in technological changes related to products and services.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our Company Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
