DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision.

We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team in (El Cajon, CA).

Will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for a team or department.
  • Gather, verify, and input data accurately into reports, presentations, and internal systems.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as correspondence, invoices, and departmental procedures.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and departmental activities.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and report generation to support business decisions.
  • Respond to and redirect internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support departmental improvement projects and process documentation efforts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Experience providing administrative or data support in an office or operational environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative team approach.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools is an asset.
