We are looking for a talented Sales Application Engineer to join our team specializing in Sales in the United States.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Strategic Relationship Building : Build trust and credibility with architects, engineers, contractors, and key influencers to become their go-to resource-driving stronger partnerships and long-term business growth.
  • Customer-Centric Insight Gathering : Identify and analyze customer needs to shape tailored solutions that align with their goals, boosting satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Enablement & Opportunity Recognition : Identify and log high-potential sales opportunities in the CRM to enable rapid follow-up and strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Specification Influence : Engage early in the buying cycle to influence product and project specifications, ensuring your company's solutions are built into customer plans.
  • Technical & Process Expertise Development : Stay ahead of industry advancements and share best practices to raise the team's technical expertise and customer confidence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with sales, service, and technical teams to deliver seamless execution and aligned strategies that enhance customer outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership : Leverage market insights and industry expertise to position yourself as a thought leader, expanding visibility through speaking engagements and professional networks.
  • Account Strategy Ownership : Develop and execute strategic account plans for key influencers to ensure consistent engagement, measurable results, and sustained value creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills to earn trust and gain stakeholder alignment.
  • Strategic planning abilities-able to prioritize work, manage account plans, and align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Proven experience explaining and demonstrating product value to customers, integrating their perspectives into sales strategies.
  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics, pricing alignment, and market structure to drive competitive positioning.
  • Skilled in forecasting, managing pipeline health, and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Technical aptitude in machine integration, optimization, and product application support , with the ability to communicate these solutions effectively.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • University or college degree in the field of engineering, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Experience in technical sales, application engineering or project management desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS
