Conducting Tests : Performing simple tests on electrical function, reliability, and packaging quality will ensure products meet required standards before reaching customers.

Technical Reporting : Recording results and preparing simple technical reports will provide valuable insights and data for continuous improvement.

Customer Assistance : Assisting customers in understanding and interpreting product specifications and measurement data will enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Prefer some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

Job Responsibilities:

Function as an information source for Production Specialists and other departments when critical quality issues arise.

Assist in development of special department projects and work in conjunction with other departments to discover, define, assess, report and correct any quality problem as they occur.

Daily Quality audits as directed as well as auditing per the ISO internal audit schedule (will include auditing off shifts).

Working knowledge of the plant's current ISO Quality Management Systems Standards.

Containment activities, including re-inspection, re-work and any other activity required for containment purposes.

Understand and be able to perform product containment

Need to understand how to find a "clean point".

RGA (Return Goods Authorization) analysis and report writing as directed.

Product return claims (FLR or On-Trac) analysis and report writing as directed.

Demonstrated sense of urgency with all customer and internal quality issues.

Have a working knowledge and understanding of all Quality procedures and necessary Business-related procedures.

Cross functional training within the Quality department.

Continual self-improvement.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED; college degree preferred.

One (1) year quality work experience. Or a college degree in a field that is related with the quality field.

Effective verbal and written communications skills to interact successfully with other departments.

Intermediate Math skills required.

Willing to adapt to the ever-changing environment.

Ability to follow all designated safety policies/practices/guidelines; including but not limited to use of PPE: steel toe safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields at all times in production areas.
