We are looking for a talented Project Manager - Sales to join our team specialising in Sales for our PowerGen Project department in Milan, Italy.

Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
- Strong Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to lead complex power generation projects through all phases—planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—while managing scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
- Leadership and Mentorship Skills: Experience in guiding, coaching, and developing team members, especially new hires, to build a high-performing and collaborative project team.
- Technical and Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of power generation systems, engineering principles, and lifecycle project support to make informed decisions and drive technical success.
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, is required.
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
