DESCRIPTION

This role manages, designs, and executes projects of varying complexity within the CES function, with a strong focus on customer interaction, quality, and reliability. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with key OEM customers such as VECV, TML, AL, DICV, and various off-highway clients. The role requires strong project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; track performance and ensure timely delivery.
  • Engage directly with OEM customers (VECV, TML, AL, DICV, Off-Highway) for VPI (Value Package Introduction), Quality, and Reliability initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks using structured Quality tools and methodologies.
  • Monitor project budgets, conduct data analysis, and communicate progress using data visualization tools.
  • Document lessons learned and share best practices across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coach and guide project team members, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Quality Green Belt certification or equivalent is required.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, especially with OEMs like VECV, TML, AL, DICV.
  • Strong understanding of Quality and Reliability processes across product lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., MS Project, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, resolve conflicts, and drive results under pressure.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
