Project Management Managers - IT #IN1219
DESCRIPTION
Lead the project management activities for the IT function by coordinating, prioritizing, and negotiating the execution of all assigned projects and contracts. Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of solutions that address specific business needs, encompassing a strategic approach to ensuring that technology and processes align with organizational goals. Utilize processes including Agile, PM, BA to plan and facilitate key projects and programs. Engage with teams to deliver technical solutions for business problems. Drive key project milestones, track and publish/communicate updates and realized business value, and oversee Vendor Management relationships. Manage the forecast and AOP for the SSO team. Coordinate with Finance team on AOP dates and planning for all of AAI. Define standards and facilitate the capture of financial information across AAI. Facilitate cadence for preparing and reporting financial health of AAI on set cadence. Define, implement, and sustain the AAI communication strategy. Oversee communications needed to promote and market AAI achievements, solutions, and successes. Work closely with AAI LT to ensure cadence and updates to different communications, as well as appropriate communication channels. Understand Change Management and introduce its application across AAI as required. Help IT Project Managers assess project risk through use of quality tools, and coach Project Managers in alternatives, solutions, and change management approaches. Ensure that IT Project Managers leverage experience of cross-functional resources and resources external to the IT project team. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables, and schedule and facilitate meetings related to IT projects. Develop or update project plans for IT projects including information such as project objective, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Utilize advanced Project Management processes and tools to establish and maintain the balance of scope, schedule, and resources for an IT project. Develop strong relationships to deliver business value using relevant Business Relationship Management practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Positions require a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or related field and 3 years of experience as an IT or Business Intelligence Analyst, Project Manager, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or related field and 6 years of experience as an IT or Business Intelligence Analyst, Project Manager, or related position. Experience to include: Develop and implement solutions that address specific business needs; Agile, PM, BA processes; Vendor Management; AOP planning for AAI; AAI communication strategy; Assess project risk through use of quality tools; Change management approaches; Project Management processes and tools; Business Relationship Management practices.
