We are looking for a talented Shift Supervisor to join our team in Carole Park, QLD
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Delivering first-class service to our customers.
- Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices.
- Ensure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver results.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Service/Branch Manager
- Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens
- Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs

- Diesel Mechanic or similar Motor Trade Certification/Qualification.
- Minimum of two years of experience in rebuild process.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to workday or afternoon shifts and Saturday (rostered).
- Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment
