We are looking for a talented Technician Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Repairs and maintains equipment.
  • Performs the skilled activities expected by their roles in accordance with defined roles and responsibilities
  • Performs quality inspections.
  • Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Support equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis.
  • Performs work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and specifications using various tools, measuring and testing instruments.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Position requires consistent interaction and collaboration with multiple departments.
  • Basic understanding of GD&T.
  • Can read Blueprint drawings.
  • Will be required to read CMM reports and communicate decisions from those reports.
  • Must be capable of entering machining areas to inspect machines, tools, and conditions.
  • Have a basic understanding of hand gauges and gauging.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
