We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Operator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry
This is a Temporary Cummins Contract up to 24 months working 37.5 hours per week on a two-rotational shift pattern: M-F 7:00am - 15:00pm & M-F 15:00pm - 23:00pm.

Salary is £26,790.43
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area, including all housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning
- Communicate effectively within the assigned team
- Comply with HSE standards, policies and regulations
- Complete all daily checks inclusive of 5S, Hymo and Crane.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Previous assembly of factory experience beneficial
- Ability to work under your own initiative within the recognized process
- Ability to self-manage in order to achieve production targets
