We are looking for a talented MANUFACTURING ENGINEER SENIOR to join our team specializing in MANUFACTURING for FILTRATION BUSINESS UNIT in SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP, MÉXICO.

- New production stations design (installation of powder coating equipment) (Gema brand)
- Tooling design
- Implementation of failure prevention systems
- Monitoring, stabilization, and improvement of key indicators (downtime, scrap, setup times)
- Ergonomics improvements
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Solid experience in CQI 12 (Coating processes, powder coating). Certification or training courses desirable.
- Experience in releasing equipment to production
- Use of manufacturing tools, FMEA, and process capability
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances
- Experience in assembly designs
- Intermediate to high English proficiency, advanced English desirable
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
