We are seeking a talented Line Human Resources Generalist to join our specialized Manufacturing team for our Meritor area in Monterrey, Nuevo León, MEXICO.

• In charge of dining room, transportation, times and movements (Kronos)
• Provide information for statistics related to plant operation
• Support for attention and questions to collaborators (job requirements: credentials, job letters: fonact, payroll receipts, canteen, etc.)
• Support in the solution and attention of IATF and Environmental Audits (Dining Room)
• Participation in Continuous Improvement Projects (pokayokes)
• Resolution of union doubts, attention to requirements and support to the organization with communication with the union.
• Unionized and corporate personal attention to requirements
• Scheduling extra time to coordinate Transportation, Dining Room.
• Validation of transportation, dining room and facilities emergency protocols.

• Lic. Administration or similar.
• 1 to 3 years of verifiable experience in Human Resources issues in industrial plants
• Experience in communication and resolution of complaints with the Union
• Experience in responding to requests from internal plant personnel
• Knowledge of HR Audits in IATF, ISO14001, HSE or similar.
• High Analytical - Resolution capacity
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel management
• Kronos tool management
• Intermediate English (Conversational)
