DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Legal Administrative Assistant-Level III to join our team specializing in Law for our Cummins Inc. facility in Indianapolis, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Efficient Coordination : By coordinating documents and inputting data related to administrative support duties, you will ensure smooth operations within your team or department.
- Research and Reporting : Your work in conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing information requests will provide valuable insights for decision-making processes.
- Data Management : By gathering, compiling, verifying, and accurately entering information into various documents and systems, you will contribute to the organization's data integrity and reliability.
- Communication : Your role in preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings will facilitate effective communication within the organization.
- Customer Service : By responding to or redirecting inquiries from external or internal sources, you will enhance the organization's reputation for prompt and accurate service.
- Policy Maintenance : By documenting and maintaining departmental policies and procedures, you will contribute to the consistency and effectiveness of the organization's operations.
- Teamwork and Leadership : As a team member on business improvement assignments and projects, and as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience, you will contribute to the collective success of the team and foster a supportive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Data Communication and Visualization : It is important to be able to construct a narrative of the business problem, root cause, solution options, and opportunities through illustrating data visually. This includes creating reports and dashboards that effectively communicate your findings.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
