DESCRIPTION
The Junior Manager - People Support Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality administrative and analytical support across key HR processes in the India region. This role ensures data accuracy, drives process efficiency, and enhances the employee experience by supporting the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-savvy, and committed to continuous improvement in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative support for complex HR matters and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely execution of HR administrative tasks.
- Conduct proactive audits and publish results to relevant stakeholders; ensure end-to-end closure of key HR operations such as Final Settlements (FF), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and payroll.
- Respond to basic employee and manager inquiries, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.
- Drive process improvement initiatives in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
- Lead or support enhancement projects related to MyHR and other HR systems.
- Create employment contracts and letters in compliance with local laws and practices.
- Support compensation and benefits administration in partnership with Total Rewards Operations.
- Champion customer support excellence and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
- Assist in optimizing HR processes and deploying standard HR practices across the geography.
