DESCRIPTION

Provide application and infrastructure technical expertise, analysis and specifications for IT systems to meet business requirements in accordance with IT architecture policies and standards. Manage data, automate processes, analyze data and insights using SalesForce CRM/Admin. Advise and evaluate Oracle application functionality whilst providing change management, utilizing Six Sigma tools and managing ERP Interfaces. Translate requirements into technical specifications, create detailed solution design, coordinate construction, installation, configuration, and testing of IT systems. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve functionality issues. Create and manage lifecycle of technical specifications from which programs and configurations will be applied to create the application, infrastructure, or complete solution design. Create, write and test data models, test scripts and build scripts using SDLC standards, tools and metrics, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements. Conceptualize, analyze and solve application, database and hardware problems. Execute solution validation testing to validate configurations for item changes or solutions using IT Operating Model (ITOM). Assist in technical analysis of potential solutions including evaluating the technical fit and viability of commercial-off-the-shelf product versus custom built solution. Deliver solution adhering to standards and leveraging re-use of components. Serve as technical expert in IT system projects utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite and make recommendations for improvements. Create high level and detail design of infrastructure or applications, interfaces, conversions, extensions, reports, and workflows while meeting architecture, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements. Assist technical and infrastructure groups in understanding the Solution design and configuration, and create functional specifications using Waterfall/Agile Scrum Processes. Work closely with IT technical service providers as well as engineering teams to ensure outsourced work packages are delivered to specifications, meeting key parameters or quality, schedule, cost, security, performance, and scalability and to define application functional designs. Lead formal design and code reviews to ensure that detailed design specifications have been understood and coding standards have been adhered to by the development teams. Compose and decompose a system into its component parts using knowledge of Solution Functional Fit Analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Positions require a Master's degree in Computer or Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 3 years of experience as a Technology Analyst or Specialist, Project Manager, Associate or Consultant, or related position. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer or Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 5 years of experience as a Technology Analyst or Specialist, Project Manager, Associate or Consultant, or related position. Experience to include: Oracle E-Business Suite; SalesForce CRM/Admin; Evaluate Oracle application functionality whilst providing change management, utilizing Six Sigma tools and managing ERP Interfaces; Resolve functionality issues; Define application functional designs; Solution design; Solution Functional Fit Analysis; Solution validation testing; IT Operating Model (ITOM); SDLC standards, tools and metrics; Create functional specifications using Waterfall/Agile Scrum Processes.
