DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and validate integrations, extensions, and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with business and functional teams.
- Maintain and update documentation (JIRA, C&I), manage change requests, and ensure all necessary approvals (Legal, GCCB) are obtained.
- Assist in the creation of technical specifications and solution designs.
- Support the configuration, installation, and testing of IT systems and applications.
- Participate in design/code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Provide Level 3 support for critical technical issues.
- Contribute to the development of IT standards, procedures, and support documentation.
- Ensure efficient build and deployment processes, leveraging automation where possible.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in IT application development, integration, or infrastructure support.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing technical documentation and change requests.
Skills & Technologies
Core Technical Skills
- Programming: VB, SQL, PL/SQL
- Tools: BI Publisher, APIs, Fast Formula
- Platforms: ServiceNow, JIRA, ClearCase
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM
- Familiarity with Cummins IT processes
