Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required. *

QUALIFICATIONS
- The work location for this position is York-SC.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including previous leadership experience.
- As the HR Manager, this position will be responsible for developing the HR function, fostering the Right Environment, and managing Employee Relations.
- Will also collaborate with other HR teams to translate corporate initiatives into localized strategies that effectively address both organizational and employee needs.
- Serve as the Human Resources Partner, working closely with the leadership team.
- Champion the company's values and culture by engaging with business leaders and the HR function to align and support organizational planning.
