Description

We are seeking a talented Engineering leader to join our team within the area of power generation and gen sets installations. The role is based in Dordrecht and reports to the Data Centers Technical Leader.

Your tasks:

• You will lead a team of 6 people (mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, CAD drafters, etc.).
• You manage, develop, and implement programs composed of multiple cross-functional projects. You collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
• You actively contribute to solutions for end customers.
• You are capable of managing budgets and setting boundaries to be respected.
• You will collaborate with various stakeholders.
• You balance workload and priorities within the team and work across the region with other teams to ensure successful solutions are delivered.

• Strong academic background within the field of Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical engineering preferred).
• Experienced in a similar role from power generation, battery/control management systems industry is preferred.
• You have several years of experience in leading a team.
• Experienced in a high level of communication and interaction with different stakeholders.
• Great problem solving and analytical skills, with high attention to details.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Flexible and collaborative.
• Fluent in English is mandatory, good command of Dutch language is highly preferred.
