We are looking for a talented Engine Field Service Technician to join our team specializing in Service for our Service Departement in Lubin, Dolnoslaskie, Poland

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Deliver expert-level diagnostics and repairs across complex engine systems, minimizing customer downtime and ensuring equipment performance.

Lead by example in safety, productivity, and professionalism, reinforcing a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

Coach and mentor junior technicians, building technical capability and sustaining a high-performing talent pipeline.

Independently manage field service challenges, making informed decisions even beyond standard procedures for optimal resolutions.

Enhance customer satisfaction through clear communication, efficient service, and proactive identification of additional support opportunities.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by supporting management in optimizing workflows, headcount, and production schedules.

Support product evolution by identifying and relaying technical updates and component changes to customers effectively.

Uphold the company's reputation through courteous, solutions-oriented interactions with both customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Education/ Experience:

Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution; Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred).

Valid local driving permit

Significant hands-on field service experience with engine products.

Expert-level knowledge of diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds.

Proven customer service orientation.

Experience mentoring or training junior technicians (preferred).

Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Polish is essential.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills using both mechanical and electronic service tools.

Strong communication and documentation capabilities to accurately capture service events, escalate technical issues, and inform stakeholders.

High degree of initiative and independence, with the judgment to make decisions in complex, high-stakes environments.

Commitment to safety, continuous learning, and customer-first thinking, aligning with company standards and values.
