We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician to join our Distribution Business in Jackson, MS.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

-Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop.

-Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools.

-Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles.

-Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

-Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products.

-Maintain own tools.

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

(Entry):

-Primarily engaged in maintenance or basic repairs/diagnostics.

-Requires direct supervision and review of workmanship quality.

(Intermediate):

-Completes complex internal engine repairs.

-Performs engine overhauls with limited direct supervision.

(Advanced):

-Ability to troubleshoot with limited/no support from diagnostic tools.

-Larger more complicated engine rebuilds.

-Mentor junior technicians including technical support and documentation.

-Seeking Intermediate or Advanced Technician with Internal Engine experience including overhauls.

-This position does not require a CDL but would be nice to have, a CDL may be required to obtain upon hire.

-A CDL may be required to obtain upon hire.

-Federal law requires a CDL holder to be 21 years of age or older.

-This position will require a complete DMV driving report but no Driver Qualification file.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
