QUALIFICATIONS
CR & GA Intern
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Responsibility(CR) documentation: support to sort out and file documents, history records, processes and procedures
- Support to develop monthly reports and quarterly CR newsletter with 40 CITs around China
- Follow-up mandatory data reporting and on track completion with 40 CITs around China
- Support CR data analysis in China ABO
- Provide support on national CR projects, track progress and deadlines.
- Other work assigned by CR team
- GA Support: Support government affairs function in some translation, updating government profiles and officials contacts, key news and message monitoring, etc.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Good English skills in oral, writing and reading, pass CET-6.
- Proficient in Word, Excel & Power Point; office software etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent teamwork
- Ensure to work at least half a year, and 4 days per week

- 与全国40个社区服务团队一起工作,负责撰写企业责任月度报告和季度通讯并整理信息等;
- 负责跟踪中国所有分支机构的数据提交和绩效考核;
- 中国区企业责任数据分析整理;
- 支持企业责任全国项目,跟踪项目进程等;
- 其它企业责任工作。
- 政府事务工作支持:支持政府事务职能包括资料翻译、更新政府部门组织架构和通讯录、相关新闻和政策跟踪等等
要求:
- 本科以上学历.
- 良好的英语听说读写能力, 通过大学英语6级考试.
- 熟练使用Word, Excel & Power Point;其它办公软件等等
- 良好的团队合作能力.
- 保证至少工作半年以上, 每周四天
