Contracts Manager - Power Generation

DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the full lifecycle of sales contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing agreements with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives and comply with internal policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of contract documentation to support deal closure and revenue recognition.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, service levels, and liability clauses.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of sales contracts and track key terms, obligations, and renewal dates.
  • Provide guidance and training to sales teams on contract processes, standard terms, and negotiation strategies.
  • Support continuous improvement of contract templates, workflows, and approval processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are beneficial.
  • Knowledge of contract law and regulations.
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or building industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial business acumen and judgment.
