Contact Center Representative

Cummins is looking for a Customer Representative to join our bilingual Customer Center team.

In this role, you will have the following impacts:

  • Document customer request information in the appropriate Cummins systems.
  • Provide prompt assistance to customers using various means of communication.
  • Multi-skill/multi-channel support (chat/email/phone).
  • Solve common customer problems with a basic understanding of Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
  • Escalates unusual issues by providing documentation throughout the process.
  • Understand new and existing Cummins processes, systems and practices.
  • Make suggestions on how existing processes can be more efficient or customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Diplomas-certifications :• High School Diploma

Experience:

Requires relevant work experience; Previous technical experience and/or customer service experience is required.

You should be able to :

• Establish a professional relationship with customers to increase the loyalty of Cummins products.

• Understand contact center policies and procedures

• Comfortable with a variety of software.

• Bilingual French/English (written and spoken) is required for this position

• Having previous experience in this industry and customer service is a must

• Some knowledge of the different industries we work with (marine, automotive, industrial, power generation, etc.) as a whole is an asset

About the position:

• This is Remote position

• Work schedule from 11am-8pm Monday to Friday (Eastern Time)

• Salary starting at $55000 annually

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our Company Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
