We are looking for a talented 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Distribution Business Segment in Des Moines, IA. Work hours are 1pm-9pm-CST,
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
- Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch incoming and outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Communicate with customers by phone and in person.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift and/or other warehouse machinery operating experience
- Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally, wear required personal protective equipment
- This position will require a completed DMV driving report but not Driver Qualification File
- Previous Warehouse experience is required, including operating forklifts, reach trucks, and stock pickers.
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
