In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Description
  • Assists with human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department.
  • Works within defined processes and procedures to provide Human Resources support Human Resources Team and to employees.
  • Assists Human Resources business partners with standard human resource processes such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management and DEIC programs.
  • Assists with basic Human Resources business process activities to support the achievement of timelines and quality objectives.
  • Assists with new hire orientation assignments and activities and assists in administration of human resources policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Minimal or no work experience required.
  • Student will assist with multiple projects that will require at least a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Students with an interest in human resources, social sciences, or diversity, equity and inclusion programs are preferred.
Education, Licenses, Certifications

Students enrolled (Junior or Senior) in High School or post-secondary school.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
