Your Opportunity:

Join CSL's Finance team in Tokyo as a Senior Analyst, Accounting Transactions. In this key role, you will support global accounting operations with a focus on cash management, tax support, intercompany transactions, and asset processes. Your Role:

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

• Manage daily cash transactions and reconciliations in SAP.
• Support local tax filings and prepare related documentation.
• Handle intercompany transactions, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and reporting.
• Oversee AP/AR processes, including vendor and customer data management.
• Contribute to month-end closings and financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a global or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Effective communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance Business Partners and Centres of Excellence (COEs).
• Experience collaborating with finance teams, auditors, and business partners.
