Your Role
As a Project Manager at CSL you will plan projects, manage project teams and implement the delivery of CAPEX projects across our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Broadmeadows.
You'll oversee a project team of contractors and staff to deliver project outcomes on time and
within budget while monitoring and controlling projects against the approved management plans and project management controls.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Delivery Head APAC you will:
- Manage CAPEX projects, budget plans and control schedules to ensure that they are completed to scope, within budget and on time while achieving zero harm
- Development of the technical design and qualification/ commissioning documentation of the overall project
- Review, and assist others, in the preparation of specifications, drawings and other documentation that comprises the technical requirements for inclusion in tenders and contracts
- Ensure that quality management systems and procedures are followed throughout a project
- Ensure that risk management methodologies and processes are followed throughout a project.
- Utilise your technical expertise to undertake, monitor and assist others in commissioning and
- qualification of the projects
- Develop and maintain collaborative internal relationships with key Broadmeadows operational
- group managers, project managers & process engineers in the support and delivery of projects.
- Serving as a technical mentor to junior team members

Your Experience
- Tertiary qualification(s) in engineering or science
- Project management experience including handling technical development concepts, tools and technologies as well as design techniques
- Comprehensive level of technical knowledge in Engineering and the ability to solve problems in design, testing and deployment
- Experience in troubleshooting, process engineering and ability to understand and implement client requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and project lifecycle
- phases as applied to large engineering and manufacturing operations
- Comprehensive understanding of contract management and administration
- Comprehensive understanding and application of GxP principles
