Procurement Enablement Lead - ESG, Governance, Training & Development
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to establish a Global Procurement focal point for Risk, TPRM and SRM. The purpose is to develop approaches, implement, and manage the areas. The purpose is also to supervise the externalized parts of the process.
The purpose of the role is to establish a Supplier Relationship Management framework that will be the standard across the enterprise and will drive additional value from our strategic supplier relationships.
The ultimate goal for this role is to ensure that Global Procurement is managing enterprise risks within our scope as efficiently and effectively as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Enterprise Risk Management
Full accountability for the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management area and more specifically the Third-Party Risk Management.
Drive the automation and optimization of the TPRM area, including process, system and interaction model of TPRM.
Own and drive the CSL wide R&V Programme, with the aim to capture risk and reduce vulnerability through individual projects.
Own and drive the CSL Supplier Relationship Management program and oversee its implementation and execution.
Create the case for change and lead business case work including engaging with senior stakeholders to gain approval and endorsement for procurement change projects
SRM
Design and implement an end-to-end SRM framework, including segmentation, governance, engagement models, and performance management.
Lead the transition from transactional supplier management to value-driven, strategic partnerships in collaboration with the Category Management teams.
Establish processes, tools and templates for supplier performance management, joint value creation, innovation, risk management, and issue resolution.
Support the establishment and management of cross-functional supplier reviews and executive governance forums.
Measure and communicate value delivered through SRM, including innovation, resilience, sustainability, and total cost improvements.

Setup and own the CSL procurement Analytics, Performance and Reporitng roadmap and structure
Change & Stakeholder Leadership
Act as a change leader, embedding new ways of working and driving adoption across procurement and the wider business.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes without direct authority.
Lead, coach, and develop procurement operations and enablement resources.
Create clear communication, engagement, and change management plans to support transformation initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related discipline is required.
Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in procurement operations, governance, or process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are desirable
Experience (Minimum years of experience and knowledge required to perform the job.)
Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement operations, shared services, or governance roles.
Proven success in managing procurement execution teams and driving operational performance.
Strong background in compliance, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and shared service environments.

Strategic thinking: Strong strategic mindset to align procurement operations with organisational objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Compliance knowledge: In-depth understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure adherence.
Problem-solving abilities: Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Adaptability: Ability to work globally and manage issues and queries as they arise
