The Data & CRM specialistC360 & Data Specialist role leads 2 initiatives (Commercial data & CRM management ) in the organization. Commercial data management role includes the development of data management strategy, dashboards and advanced analytic capabilities to support providing customers insights for key area of commercial business. CRM management role includes maintaining day-to-day C360 CRM operation, embedding C360 in all customer facing processes and leading its adoption and evolution, providing various forms of analytics and insights support to local management.CRM tool (Veeva) Operation and management/integration of all customer engagement data to provide insight for business decision. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Lead the management of commercial data in close collaboration with Business Units and APAC or HQ counterparts.
Oversee daily operations support for Veeva-related processes, data management, and C360 systems, including Veeva CRM, Veeva Align, Veeva Network, and MedComms PromoMats.
Generate and maintain analytics and dashboards to support the commercial teams in better understanding customers and making critical business decisions.
Ensure the creation of analytics around CRM (Veeva), market, and business performance, including governance, integration, and maintenance of commercial data systems/digital tools.
Manage customer data updates, support daily operations, provide technical support, and address issue identification.
Maintain CRM (Veeva) configuration and operations, such as setting MR visit frequency targets, downloading activity data and connecting it to Tableau, and setting appropriate input fields for MR data entry. Solicit and suggest enhancement ideas for the Japan organization.
Support CRM (Veeva) upgrades and the deployment of new functions by collaborating with JPN(Be&Ops/I&T), APAC, or HQ counterparts, including document translation, adapting global documents, creating users manuals, and managing inquiries and training development to promote proper CRM usage.
Collaborate with SFE teams to evaluate and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
The Role Will
Collaborate with Global counterparts to integrate Veeva CRM data, secondary sales data (e.g., IQVIA), internal financial data, and other relevant data sources into dashboard and reporting systems (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Continuously evaluate new data sources, compare their robustness and coverage with current sources, and proactively suggest alternatives to business stakeholders when necessary.
Ensure the data management structure provides readily usable data to stakeholders, and propose modifications to improve usability when necessary.
Work with APAC and Global teams to understand future data tools and technology roadmaps, provide necessary input for Japan customization, and ensure smooth rollouts in Japan.
Partner with business stakeholders in Senior Management, Business unit(Marketing, Sales) and Finance to complete tasks, interpret results, and generate business recommendations. Address ad hoc inquiries regarding data contents, interpretation, and processes.
Lead the delivery of periodic data analytics and reporting initiatives to inform commercial planning and operations (e.g., KPI reports, dashboard production). Ensure timely completion of the above tasks to meet stakeholder expectations.
Act as a local Change Champion for C360 processes and functionality, ensuring optimal business adoption and change management. This includes process gap analysis, training and guidance development, translation of global materials to Japanese, stakeholder communication, and escalation of issues.
Collaborate closely with SFE teams to identify and implement improvements in KPI frameworks, dashboard layouts, and reporting capabilities.
Implement project management procedures to ensure task completion on time and to stakeholder satisfaction.
Monitor the latest analytical tools, methods, and techniques, and identify innovative ways to apply them.
