任职基本要求:
至少具备医学检验中级职称
具备医学检验大专及以上学历 具备至少3年的实验室管理经验(从事实验室实际工作5年'管理3年)
血液中心,血浆中心工作经验优先
熟练使用EXCEL/WORD/POWERPOINT等办公软件
工作职责:
以身作则'实践CSL集团价值观和准则。
对实验室资源(包括人员,物料,设备及场地)的有效利用进行规划确保实验室在预算内高效运行'考虑问题全面'有良好的问题处理能力。
对检验全过程实行监督管理'确保准确,高效的完成检验工作'保证实验室以良好及以上的成绩通过室间质评及飞行样本检测工作。
通过培训,委派工作任务等形式展开对QC专员的培养'注重发掘员工的特长'为QC专员制定职业发展和培训的目标计划。
负责QC检验员目标业绩评估'以及绩效评估'定期向QC检验员进行正负两方面反馈'以增强QC团队精神,促进员工积极性。
掌握设备验证,方法学验证的知识'能够主导验证工作的开展
良好的数据分析与整理能力'能够分析检测数据'并能给业务提出建议 良好的质量意识和风险意识'确保实验室按质量体系正常运行
优秀的学习和适应能力'良好的抗压能力及自我激励,团队激励能力'具备多任务处理的素养
可在其他领域接受交叉培训,以满足业务需求'履行分配的其他与工作相关的职责。
