The Field Marketing Manager leads cross-functional collaborations to drive strategic marketing initiatives in priority markets. You will drive the development of corporate and local marketing strategies to acquire new donors and build donor loyalty, while also managing budgets, territories, and ensuring compliance. You will partner with operations leadership, and ensure that strategic marketing efforts deliver measurable outcomes and fuel business growth.
The Field Marketing Manager will strategize and implement localized marketing initiatives, promoting community engagement, and amplifying brand awareness and growth in assigned territories with operations leadership. You will ensure that brand and marketing plans are tailored to meet the needs of each market activated across all platforms to maximize impact.

JOB DETAILS:
- Reports To: Associate Director of US Marketing Field Operations
- Location: Remote (within the U.S.)
- Direct Reports: None
- Travel: Overnight travel required up to 30% of the time
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Execution - Lead the development of region-specific marketing strategies, in close collaboration with operations leadership, to accelerate donor acquisition and boost plasma donations.
Marketing Coordination & Performance Optimization - Lead the creation, distribution, and lifecycle management of localized promotional campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Metrics & Reporting - Lead strategic partnerships with operations and finance teams to analyze and optimize budgets, aligning financial planning with center productivity, donor retention, acceptance and conversion rates, cost structures, and promotional campaign performance, driving strategic decision-making and maximizing resource efficiency
Cross-Functional Coordination - Manage center activities in partnership with applicable departments across the organization (E.g. public relations, community relations, pricing and strategy and corporate communications).
Special Projects (15%) - Support various marketing projects and job-related duties as assigned, including but not limited to toolkit development, in-center marketing material audit and management, in-center radio and TV, patient engagement and merchant partnerships.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of field marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in driving results.
- Experience managing multi-site locations is highly preferred, demonstrating the ability to oversee complex operations.
- Demonstrate experience in planning, organizing, securing, and managing project resources
- Experience providing guidance and support to managers
- Expertise in budgeting and financial management
