Director, Agile Practice
We are seeking a leader to guide our transformation from a traditional organization based on large scale project delivery to a more agile organization. This leader is accountable for aligning this transformation with business value and delivering on our phased progression.
Responsibilities include evolving our small, but talented, agile center of excellence, establishing guidance and tools for consistency of implementation, and sharing measures of progress. We have had strong early lighthouses that have shown the potential of working this way - now is the time to grow the practice to gain broader value.
This role collaborates closely with leaders of process excellence, experience design, and product and platform teams, providing lift to our broader operating model transformation. We intend to grow this center of excellence in line with a product-model evolution, while supporting project-based initiatives with expertise during transition.
