The Creative Designer will use artistic skills and imagination to create visually appealing and engaging designs for signage, presentations, advertisements, logos, infographics, and more. Your primary role will be to ensure that visuals communicate the intended message and capture the audience's attention. By collaborating with marketing teams, agency partners, and other team members, Creative Designers develop solutions that align with project requirements and support marketing goals. You will help develop branding and promotional campaigns, design specialized collateral including digital web, CRM and social media assets, and review marketing materials to ensure understanding of messaging and brand standards. As the Creative Designer, you will help shape a brand's identity, helping businesses stand out and connect with their target audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Visual Concept Development: Must master design principles to communicate a message. You will combine different elements like color, text, and images harmoniously.
Design and Production: Create logos, websites, and visuals, artwork for advertisements, content for web pages, creates infographics, charts, and symbols, designs and produce brand books, icons, and logos.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively across marketing teams and agency partners to develop content and communication programs.
Brand Stewardship & Innovation: Understand the main components that form a brand and how they interact. Produce fresh concepts that align with client requirements.
Assignment Management: Ensure designs meet project specifications and deadlines.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or graphic design
- Must have 3 to 5 years' marketing experience, including multichannel/communication with 1 to 2 years of healthcare experience
- Experience applying market research with an understanding of relevant pharmaceutical marketing tools within the respective region
- Knowledge of graphic design, graphic arts, print production, and digital assets
- Knowledge of short-format video production
