To support the growth of our CSL Vifor business in Prague, Czech Republic, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of:

Commercial Lead Nephrology CEE

(Full-time / Permanent / Location: Prague)

The Opportunity:

As the Commercial Lead Nephrology CEE (CLN), you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercialization of nephrology assets across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets. You will lead pre-launch planning and market access activities, including forecasting, strategic planning, and internal launch preparation. Leveraging your expertise in Rare Disease and Nephrology therapy areas, you will drive transformative changes in patient journeys, ensuring the localization of strategy through execution and achieving agreed patient uptake and sales targets.

The Role:

  • Deliver sales budget with a focus on top-tier key accounts and centers of expertise (CoEs), tracking and managing performance according to business plan objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead the strategic launch plan for the CEE Region, including the development of local digital strategy to enhance customer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with regional market access functions to ensure patient access to therapy at the local level.
  • Foster an insight-driven culture and create a high-performance cross-functional team environment.
  • Maintain exceptional knowledge of the customer, related markets, and disease states competitive products.
  • Take responsibility for the P&L of the CEE Region and input into co-creation of country planning initiatives.
  • Establish regular cross-functional Key Account Plan reviews and work with Commercial excellence to ensure effective use of CRM tools.
  • Exercise fiscal control, manage expenses, and allocate resources appropriately to maximize business growth drivers.
  • Interface with Global Brand Team, Medical Leads, Market Access, and other key stakeholders to analyze and report management performance and KPIs.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a substantial commercial and/or market access component.
  • Strong scientific/medical knowledge at Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to engage, connect, and build partnerships with customers remotely.
  • Business/commercial acumen with a strong customer focus and project management skills.
  • Passionate about rare disease, result-oriented, with a proactive cross-functional collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in local/cluster language(s) and English.

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the Regional Head CEE SSA Turkey (CSL Vifor).
