Responsibilities:

  • Under limited supervision, provides a range of daily support services to an office, business unit, department or organization group including
    • Calendar Management and Meeting Support: Scheduling meetings, managing assigned senior leaders' calendar, and preparing materials.
    • Business Travel Coordination: Organize and arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, creating itineraries, and completing expense reports.
    • Communication and Information Management: Clear, concise verbal and written communication. Handling data, reports, presentations, and information with the utmost trustworthiness, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are paramount.
    • Projects/Events: Develops and builds on strengths and relationships with team members for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations and will help define new operational strategies by working with Executive Team and other admins on special projects including in-person presence during after-hours / weekend events.
    • Team Support: Support procurement related requests by checking supplies and preparing purchase requisitions/goods receipts, maintain office supply inventory, and work closely with facilities on ongoing needs or requests
    • General: Adherence to company policies and guidelines, security, quality and safety requirements and expectations.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with others.
  • Proficiency in Office Software: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience
  • SAP experience is preferred
