Administration & Governance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manages administrative activities of the overall organization so that administrative staff, equipment, supplies and other resources are used effectively and economically

• Analyzes and resolves administrative service issues and needs

• Plans and manages maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities

• Researches, evaluates and recommends office supplies and equipment purchases

• Manages relationships with suppliers to ensure satisfactory standards of service

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in relevant discipline

• 5+ years' relevant experience including project management and supervision of support service team/providers

• Large pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing experience preferred
