Accounts Receivable Analyst

The Opportunity

Join a dynamic and collaborative finance team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at CSL. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you'll help manage the full AR process in a small, agile team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end AR responsibilities while working closely with company stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, and Business Partners.

The Role

• You will manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including collections, cash applications, and credit management.
  
• You will investigate and resolve payment issues, including remittance errors and customer deductions.
  
• You will partner with company stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Service to resolve escalations and support customer satisfaction.
  
• You will monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts by phone and email.
  
• You will process manual credits/invoices and support ad hoc finance and audit queries.
  
• You will contribute to continuous improvement projects and reporting to identify process enhancements.
  

Your skills and experience

• 2-3+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or broader finance roles.
  
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and intermediate to advanced Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, large data sets).
  
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment and manage competing priorities.
