Transaction Administrator

Capital Markets, Luxembourg

40h/week, Hybrid

We're hiring a Transaction Administrator Legal & Corporate Services for the Capital Markets department of our CSC Luxemburgish team. Services of this team include researching and processing legal documents and conducting online research. We provide the training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Assistance at the incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles ("SPVs") including KYC
  • Assistance at transaction Closings
  • Reviewing transaction documents
  • Handling daily management of SPVs
  • Drafting minutes of Board of Directors meetings and shareholders' meetings
  • Manage opening and closing of bank accounts
  • Assistance at liquidation of companies
  • Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors and liquidators
  • Liaising with other CSC group companies
  • Complete timesheets accurately and timely

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • More than 2 years of experience at a corporate service provider, a bank or another financial institution
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in corporate or commercial Law or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of EU Capital market / Securitisation / Real Estate / Private Equity
  • A team player in international environment
  • Professional, friendly demeanor
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, client, team management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken. German would be an advantage; any other European language is a plus
