Mailroom (Associate Customer Service Associate)
On-Site-Wilmington, DE
Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join CSC in our Wilmington, DE office. A Customer Service Associate at CSC works behind the scenes to help our clients to stay in legal compliance by assisting with electronic filings, updating customer records, researching jurisdictional requirements and retrieving documents.
The Compliance Mail Team is responsible for receiving and forwarding compliance mail for our customers. We also are responsible for updating addresses for returned mail and keeping an accurate history of mail sent to our customers. In addition, we maintain multiple email boxes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of notifications sent to our customers.

What you'll do for us:
- Equipment operation (i.e. folder/inserters, mail meter machines, etc...)
- Receiving and delivering various types of mail, including packages
- Routing documents to different people within teams
- Supply tracking - office and janitorial supplies
- Moving furniture/systems set up/trouble shoot copiers
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire work schedule
- Lifting requirement of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sort alphabetically and numerically and possess a customer focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- Ability to work well with a team
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal or external clients
- Ability to think quickly and resolve problems
