Finance Officer - Trust (12-months contract)
Hong Kong
Hybrid
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Job Description
- Support the division in all finance and accounting reporting matters and ensure that all filling requirements are fully complied.
- Prepare full sets of accounts, schedules and financial statements for clients.
- Review accounting entries and financial statements and clarify accounting issues by working closely with business teams and supporting teams.
- Coordinate and liaise with various parties internally and externally.
- Assist in treasury and payment administration for clients.

Profile
- University degree holder in Accounting or related discipline.
- 5 years relevant experience in accounting in professional firms or Trust industry/environment.
- Good experience of handling accounting entries and preparing a full set of accounts.
- Able to work independently with strong sense of accuracy, mature and self-motivated in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Good communication skill and be a good team player.
- Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
