JOB DESCRIPTION
Associate Accountant (6-months contract)
Hong Kong
Hybrid
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Your responsibilities
- Clarify the billing-related issues by working closely with business teams and stakeholders
- Prepare the updated invoices for clients
- Assist in process improvements for billing operation
- Work on month end, forecast & budget related tasks
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of the Group's reporting; both in terms of accuracy of numbers as well as timeliness of reporting
- Monitor intercompany transaction reporting and identify ways to enhance efficiency for intercompany reconciliations
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditor
- Assist in SAP implementation project
- Ad-hoc assignment

Your profile
- Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
- 3 years working experience in corporate environment with related duties as above with system experience is preferred eg. SAP
- Good communication skill and be a good team player
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Willing to learn, self-motivated and able to work independent
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Immediate availability is preferred
