About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our web team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and overall quality of our marketing websites. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to identify, document, and resolve issues - ultimately delivering an exceptional user experience to our customers.

Shift - 2PM -11PM IST

What You'll Do:
  • Perform thorough testing of marketing websites across various browsers, devices, and screen sizes to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using issue tracking systems (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Jira) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regression testing to verify that defects have been fixed and that no new issues have been introduced.
  • Proactively review our website on a weekly basis for new and unexpected issues and discrepancies.
  • Perform usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and intuitiveness of user interfaces and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to web development and quality assurance.
  • Assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and release notes, as well as process improvements.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance for web development and web design projects.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
  • Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including test planning, test case development, and defect tracking.
  • Experience with AEM, Contentful, and WordPresscontent management systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency in using QA tools such as Browserstack, or similar automated testing frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a focus on achieving collective goals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
