About The Role:
As a Technical Support Intern at CrowdStrike, you'll make a difference in global security by protecting organisations against the most advanced attackers in the world. This opportunity bridges the gap between cutting-edge technology and outstanding people's skills. Our CrowdStrike virtual security operations centre offers opportunities to expand your knowledge through a wide variety of experiences to help you improve your technical and interpersonal skills.
What You'll Do:
You will be expected to work full time hours during the winter break, and potentially 3 days a week during the semester on on-the-job training and projects including, but not limited to:
- Monitoring, triaging and researching technical support and internal team requests
- Assisting the Technical Account Management Team in reporting and analysis
- Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders on process effectiveness
- Developing communications and digital content to engage customers
- Creating customer facing health checks and reports
- By the beginning of the internship, interns must be in the penultimate year of their Undergraduate or Master's degree (not seniors!)
- Preferred degrees: Bachelor or Master in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics any related field.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) with experience dealing with customers (retail, supermarkets, hospitality, etc.)
- An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your internship field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Scripting or cybersecurity background
Bonus Points:
• Experience with a data analytics or business intelligence platform
