About the Role
CrowdStrike is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Partner Manager to work across CrowdStrike partnerships. Based in the UK, this senior-level role will oversee high-value partner relationships, deliver impactful co-marketing and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the effectiveness of our partnerships.
You will be the day-to-day lead for CrowdStrike's relationships with key properties. Your role is equal parts strategy, execution, and relationship management, requiring close coordination with internal teams and external partners across a fast-paced global calendar.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership
- Represent the Motorsport Partnerships team globally, championing our objectives, strategies, and high-impact initiatives.
- Implement the engagement strategy aligned to CrowdStrike's strategic goals, services, and products.
- Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and strategic partners-translating high-level vision into actionable partnership plans and ensuring alignment with C-level stakeholders.
- Provide regular briefings and strategic updates to senior leaders, ensuring they are informed and engaged in the direction of key partnerships.
- Serve as the global point of contact for selected motorsport partners.
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships and ensure successful execution of campaigns, projects, and marketing activations.
- Lead the development of go-to-market plans around global tentpole moments and campaigns.
- Use data to track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and partner business trends.
- Surface insights and feedback from partnerships to inform CrowdStrike's teams and influence roadmap priorities.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams, and senior leadership to maximize partner value.
- Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing individuals within the team.
- Support annual team goal setting and strategic planning cycles.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- 10+ years experience in Senior Partner Management delivery within the partnerships environment
- Experience developing strategic, data driven brand marketing proposals tailors to objectives
- Experience presenting and pitching partnership concepts to senior level brand stakeholders, including the office of the CEO
- Proven experience managing sponsorship activation campaigns for global brands and rightsholders, including reporting and evaluation
- Strategic thinker with a track record of solving complex problems and strategic roadmaps
- Experience managing and supporting high-performing individuals
- Regular weekend work requires travel to activities in line with the portfolio (30-40%)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
