About the Role:

As the Salesforce Developer Lead within our Go-to-Market Applications team, you will be a driver of Crowdstrike's growth over the next year and beyond. Our team consists of business analysts, developers, and testers building the next generation of sales tools to drive Crowdstrike growth to $10 billion.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage a team of developers and grow the team as needed
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and test technical leaders on requirements, strategy, and priorities for development
  • Build experiences for thousands of sellers and partners
  • Provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structure for assigned tasks
  • An understanding of how to lead complex projects, breaking down the work into components and milestones that stakeholders can easily understand
  • Write concise, well-crafted code and tests
  • Develop end-to-end features across Salesforce, Mulesoft, and other services
  • Work across platforms to power remarkable seller and partner experiences with robust backend services and APIs
What You'll Need:
  • 8+ years of Salesforce Development experience and an excellent command of development tools tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • Security minded and strong working knowledge of vulnerabilities around SOQL, Apex, and other areas of the platform that can be leveraged by bad actors
  • Fanatical focus on the seller and partner experience
