About the Role
To support CrowdStrike's incredible growth, we are seeking a Sales Programs Enrichment Specialist based in our Tokyo Japan office, reporting to the Global Sales Programs Director. The Global Sales Programs Team is focused on driving sales rep productivity, revenue, and retention, while also ensuring a world-class sales employee experience. The Sales Programs Enrichment Specialist will play a big part in this through the detailed planning and facilitation of sales enrichment programs for our sales development organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, time/deadline management, teaming attitude, and an ability to multitask. You should also be a creative problem-solver, able to pivot and change direction confidently to meet the needs of the business, and have strong presentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Communications, or Project Management.
- Sales Certificate/University courses in professional sales/selling are a bonus.
- Facilitate, operationalize, and enrich SDR onboarding, ramp & readiness enrichment programs, and contribute to ongoing development and delivery of existing sales excellence internship enrichment curriculum and technical series.
- Cross-departmental collaboration to facilitate IT onboarding, HR onboarding & New Hire 2 Week onboarding.
- Deliver engaging and inclusive in-person and virtual content, freeing up front line manager bandwidth.
- Provide learning admin support, including intranet communications, and content repository site management.
- Provide coach-backs to SDR sellers to ensure an optimal ramping experience.
- Streamline & measure the success of enrichment offerings through collection of data via our feedback loop of excellence.
- Provide insight into your region's unique enrichment needs based on feedback, data analysis, and interactions with new hires & sales development employees.
- Effectively communicate the "WHY" for enrichment programs and materials, and ensure sales development adoption.
- Minimum one-year experience in sales development or 2 years' experience in sales enablement roles.
- Experience interpreting data to make informed recommendations.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in workflow/logistics management and detailed processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Doc, Excel/Sheets, PPoint/Slides are key tools for this role).
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
