En tant que gestionnaire regional des ventes - entreprise, vous serez responsable de generer de nouvelles occasions commerciales auprès de clients d'entreprise, tout en developpant les relations existantes. Vous positionnerez CrowdStrike comme le fournisseur de choix au sein de vos comptes. Pour atteindre et depasser votre quota de vente personnel, vous devrez mener à bien le cycle de vente. Vous repondrez aux exigences des clients et collaborerez avec les equipes internes concernees pour livrer des propositions commerciales reussies.

Le personne ideale doit faire preuve d'une energie et d'un dynamisme hors du commun et d'un reel desir de developper des activites au sein d'un portefeuille de comptes. Elle doit être capable de bâtir rapidement des relations efficaces et de reperer immediatement, dans chaque compte, une activite à valeur ajoutee pouvant ensuite être developpee en utilisant les ressources internes. Nous encourageons les candidats ayant des contacts solides en matière de securite à postuler.

Il s'agit d'un poste de vente sur le terrain et nous sommes actuellement à la recherche des meilleurs talents dans la province de Quebec.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les ressources internes et de manière autonome pour bâtir un processus efficace et depasser votre quota de vente personnel.
  • Reperer de nouvelles occasions commerciales tout en etablissant, developpant et maintenant des relations jusqu'au niveau de la direction au sein du portefeuille qui vous est attribue.
  • Établir un reseau au sein de l'entreprise cliente et influencer les principaux decideurs, generalement au niveau C.
  • Agir en tant que representant(e) de CrowdStrike auprès de comptes clients particuliers.
  • Communiquer et promouvoir la proposition de valeur et les services de l'entreprise afin de devenir un(e) conseiller(ère) de confiance auprès de la clientèle.
  • Reperer de nouvelles occasions commerciales et preparer des plans detailles de developpement des comptes, des strategies d'engagement et des objectifs pour chaque compte du portefeuille qui vous est attribue.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les equipes internes et diriger une equipe virtuelle afin de generer et de conclure des occasions.
  • Prendre le contrôle des occasions et prevoir avec precision leurs objectifs et leurs resultats commerciaux.

  • Au moins 5 ans d'experience en ventes sur le terrain auprès de clients d'entreprise dans les secteurs SaaS, de la technologie ou de la securite.
  • Experience demontree en vente ciblee, vente de solutions ou techniques de vente consultative.
  • Capacite à conclure des contrats de solutions et de services d'une valeur comprise entre 250 000 et 1 million de dollars.
  • Historique de succès avere dans l'atteinte ou le depassement des quotas de vente individuels et des indicateurs de rendement.
  • Solides competences en matière de resolution de problèmes, capacite à analyser des problèmes complexes à plusieurs variables et à utiliser une approche systematique pour obtenir une resolution rapide.
  • Bonne comprehension des technologies de cybersecurite, de l'infonuagique ou des offres SaaS et des solutions concurrentes sur le marche.
  • Experience significative et averee dans le developpement de relations avec des cadres superieurs et des partenaires d'alliance.
  • Aptitude à comprendre comment les produits et les solutions technologiques resolvent les problèmes des entreprises et capacite à expliquer des concepts complexes à des publics et des niveaux de competence varies.
  • Excellentes competences en presentation, redaction, communication verbale et conclusion de ventes.
  • Solides competences en matière de gestion du temps, d'organisation et de prise de decision.
  • Capacite à travailler de manière autonome et en equipe, avec une forte motivation personnelle.
  • Solides competences en matière de communication (ecrite et orale) et de presentation, tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe.
  • Capacite à travailler à distance et à voyager jusqu'à 50 % du temps.

About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager -Enterprise you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within enterprise clients, whilst growing existing client relationships. You will position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice within your accounts. To meet and exceed your individual sales quota, you will drive the sales cycle to success. You will meet the client's requirements and be responsible for collaborating with the relevant internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals.

The right candidate will possess excellent energy and drive and a real desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts. They will have the ability to build effective relationships quickly and to find a valuable business within each account immediately that can then be enhanced by leveraging internal resources. Candidates with current strong security contacts are encouraged to apply.

This is a field sales role and we are currently seeking top talent within the Quebec province.

What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with internal resources and individually to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota
  • Identify new business opportunities whilst establishing, developing and maintaining relationships up to executive-levels within your assigned portfolio
  • Network within the client's business and influence key decision makers, typically at C-level
  • Act as CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts
  • Articulate and promote the company's value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your customer base
  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies and targets for each account within your assigned portfolio
  • Working in collaboration with internal teams and to lead a virtual team to drive and close opportunities
  • Take control of opportunities and accurately forecast their business objectives and outcomes.
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a field sales capacity at an enterprise level for SaaS, Technology, and/or Security
  • Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Capable of closing solutions and services opportunities ranging from $250k - $1m
  • Proven successful track record meeting and/or exceeding individually owned quota and performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and/or SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
  • Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives and alliance partners.
  • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems with ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels.
  • Outstanding presentation, written, verbal and closing skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50%
  • Fluent in English and French

CrowdStrike Canada ULC is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in Canada is $155,000 - $225,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. This is Canadian-based employment, and it is expected that all employees maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.
