About the Role:

As a Product Owner/Workstream Coach Delivery Team - IT Operations at CrowdStrike, you will lead the product strategy, execution, delivery and optimization of the delivery team. You will collaborate across functions to deliver reliable, secure, and user-centric experiences that support internal departments including Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, and Legal etc.

This role also requires close collaboration with other IT delivery teams to ensure that platform enhancements, service improvements, and user needs are translated into actionable roadmaps and delivered with excellence. You will champion a product-driven approach for internal IT, focusing on lifecycle management, operational performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

1. Platform & Application Product Ownership
  • Own the full lifecycle of the Delivery Team, including vision, planning, roadmap, delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Prioritize user experience, scalability, reliability, and security in all decisions.
  • Monitor metrics/KPIs for the respective Delivery Team.
2. IT Delivery Team Collaboration
  • Partner with IT delivery managers and technical leads to ensure effective backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Coordinate releases, enhancements, and incident resolution with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure platforms meet performance expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and runbook standards in collaboration with delivery teams.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
  • Act as the primary interface between the IT Product team and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct enablement sessions and drive platform adoption across business units.
  • Gather feedback continuously and integrate it into roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Champion self-service, automation, and platform usability improvements.
4. Metrics, OKRs & Strategic Alignment
  • Define, measure, and report KPIs that reflect platform success and user value.
  • Align product outcomes with organizational OKRs and support tracking through tools like WorkBoard.
  • Drive Quarterly Planning, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and progress scorecards.
  • Build a data-informed product culture within IT Operations.
5. Challenges & Opportunities

  • User Experience: Enhance usability and satisfaction across tools and platforms.
  • Data Transparency: Improve platform tracking, usage analytics, and decision-making.
What You'll Need:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on IT platforms and internal applications.
  • Mandatory Education : IIM's
  • Strong background in platform/application lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to work closely with IT delivery teams in an Agile environment.
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs tied to platform performance, availability, and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, WorkBoard, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Work Shift time: 12 PM to 9 PM IST
