About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, Principal Consultant for our Technical Advisory team, dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our Services team offers opportunities to expand your skill set through a wide variety of engagements ranging from Threat Hunting for current and historical breaches to delivering Identity Services to prevent account compromises leveraging the industry leading Falcon Platform. CrowdStrike Services is a world-class team of experts trusted to deliver superior results for complex Incident Response investigations and Proactive Services by a wide range of organizations.
The Principal Consultant role is one of the primary leaders of engagement delivery, with a strong focus on task-oriented activities, reporting, and managing delivery of Services to ensure projects are performed on time and to our highest standards.

- Cyber Resilience Strategy Development: Work with clients to develop and implement a comprehensive cyber resilience strategy that aligns with their business objectives
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular cyber risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in client systems and propose mitigation strategies
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client staff awareness about cyber threats and promote a culture of cyber resilience.
- Incident Response: Assist clients in responding to cyber incidents, minimizing impact and ensuring rapid recovery of operations.
- Policy Development: Develop and update policies and procedures related to cyber resilience for clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Partner Relationship Management: Work closely with our partners, leveraging their teams and skills to deliver complex engagements.
Successful candidates will have experience in two or more of the following areas:
- Cyber Resilience Risk Management: you have worked in varying roles overseeing and supporting the resilience aspects of technology and cyber security risk management programmes. Worked with businesses to help them understand good practices in incident management, such there are consistent mechanisms to manage an incident through its lifecycle.
- Subject Matter expertise: Have a deep knowledge of Technology and / Cyber Security with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role and experience with Cyber response strategies.
- Disaster Recovery (DR) Planning: Ideally have experience developing / or implementing DR strategies to support incident management planning
- IT / Security Management Consulting: you've held leadership or technical positions and owned relationships with organizational executives. You've worked on a range of infosec and IT issues, including both technical cyber security (applying controls, improving architectures, etc.) and operational cyber security (organizational alignment, cyber policy review, etc.)
- Capable of completing technical tasks without supervision.
- Desire to grow and expand both technical and soft skills.
- Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude.
- Experienced in the various components and management of Active Directory.
- Knowledge of backup/recovery platforms such as Commvault, Veritas, Veeam, Acronis, etc.
We are seeking candidates with the right combination of training and skills to join our team. Experience, drive, and results are key and advanced degrees are not required. Successful candidates coming from an academic background will likely have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or related disciplines.
Applicants without a degree but with relevant work experience and/or training will be considered, and should apply their previous experience to the qualification areas above.
